Our heartfelt gratitude go out to everyone who made the Five Days Surgical Reviews Camp (5th-9th Nov. 2020) at St. Francis Moto Hope Dispensary, Molo, Kenya, a success! A total of 108 surgical reviews were performed in readiness for our January 2021 Medical camp and 29 minor surgical procedures performed.

Molo Maternal and Child Health Program’s Community Health Volunteers and St. Francis Moto Hope Dispensary Team hold their October Meeting at Moto Hope Center to plan on the coming Surgical Reviews Medical Camp in November as well as November project activities.
St. Francis Moto Hope; Phased Re-opening!
After a long precautionary break due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our students have finally started reporting in a phased manner, grade by grade. The government announced 12th October 2020 as the new date to start a partial re-opening of schools throughout the county. Two grades (8 & 4) have resumed for second term at first as we await further instructions about other grades.

Molo Maternal and Child Health Program's Community Health Volunteers and St. Francis Moto Hope Dispensary Team held their September Meeting (21/9/2020) at Moto Hope Center to chat ways forward for the program even as the Covid-19 curve in the country (Kenya) gradually points towards flattening!
Schools in Kenya to reopen in January 2021.
The Ministry of Education on Tuesday (7/7/2020) announced plans to reopen Primary and secondary schools in 2021 shelving earlier plans to reopen schools in September 2020.

Our Moto Hope Scouts : Gorilla and Twiga Patrols enjoy an amazing training camp at the center from the 6th to 8th March 2020 with their patron Teacher Boniface, Teacher Mary and their trainers.
